Valued Estates was established to provide a more transparent service to that traditionally offered to families daunted by the prospect of estate administration. We offer a more personal, fixed fee estate administration service, that we believe is unrivalled in terms of cost, speed and feedback to our families. We have administered hundreds of estates and our families have provided many testimonials praising our dedicated service.
Over the years we have become known to hundreds of funeral directors all over the south of England, who hold our free Guide to Probate and Estate Administration booklets. These booklets are passed on to families to help them understand the probate process and get immediate free advice. Valued Estates also enjoys a high proportion of referrals from satisfied families who have experienced our service and passed our details on to other family members, friends and colleagues.
The fixed fee we offer, is not based upon the size of the estate. It is based purely upon the type and number of assets involved. Included in our fee, our probate solicitor completes the essential legal work that is required, and our accountant monitors payments to and from every estate. This ensures that our service conforms to the highest professional standards that you would expect.
Valued Estates does not offer, nor accept, any commissions from third parties for professional services such as estate agents and financial advisors.
